Lots of good news and more projects starting today!

So I finished and shipped out Jeanette’s, Cameron’s, and Isaac’s free commission print today! You all will be receiving your prints in 2-7 days.

For those of you just tuning in, I am currently drawing whatever character those on my anime chibi sen e-mailing list want! I’m also making a special video of the work of progress for each sketch and posting it to my youtube page! So far I just finished my fourth request and am working on 4 more! You all have been requesting the best things ever so I’ve been having a lot of fun with this!

Next on my list are Justins Kingdom Hearts Sketch, Sky’s Anime Chibi Sen’s party Crew Sketch as well as Tommy’s Anime Chibi Sen Party Crew In Japan Sketch!

I was invited to Animegaco in Las Vegas August 17-19!

I received an email congratulating and complimenting my booth at the anime expo this year a long with the invitation, so I woke up with a smile on my face today!

I love Las Vegas so I honestly feel like going! I just have to look into:

-Money for gas

-How much Product to take/make

-Booking a Hotel

-Buying Supplies for the Booth

The artist alley table costs only $120 for all three days and for a 10 x 10 booth its $400 , but only until July 16! I have to make a decision soon, but I need to talk about my finances with my dad before I decided to jump into this investment!

I was researching the craft port of LA and found that out you need to pay $500 for a security deposit as well as first months rent of $500! I definitely want take a chance with getting a permanent spot here on the weekends but I must research a few things first, such as, how many people attend!

The most important thing on my to do list right now is researching getting a spot at Venice beach! I heard good things and am curious what my options can be there! I’ve heard it is very affordable but I have to ask around to see if the rumors are true.

I also just love Venice for all the unique art work they have but once again I need to put in some research into whether or not I should consider setting up shop here, and when.

Right now my other projects that are in progress are the Anime Chibi Sen Pinata Video game as well as the second edition to our children books! I have a lot of drawing to do so I have literally been drawing everyday!

I am also working on molds and sculptures with my father so I will be posting about that in the future! Lastly will be making a clothing line with our designs, I just need to get into contact with my cousins and we are ready to begin!

lastly I am going to start looking for others who want to join me on my adventures! I am going to start trying to find more local artists and discuss what we can do to create something we love together!

Lately I have been having a blast, and I am honestly so grateful for everything that has led me to this point in my life! Creating, making art, meeting people, and expanding my options has made my life so much more fulfilling!

Not only that but at exactly 12:34 today I received a call from the press that was at the anime expo ! They want to interview me on Thursday!!! I’m so excited It really is surreal! I’m starting to feel like a celebrity or something !

I also I have another interview request from the Angry Bananas crew ! It turns out that they know a bunch of my old friends from high school, it really is a small world sometimes!

Fan Art Chobits

Here is the Original Chi Sketch from my Sketch book. I didnt write a date on when I drew it but I know I was around 18. I was trying to find the original drawing that I used to make this sketch but it was too hard. The  original sketch didn’t have buildings in the background or anything on the left page, I just added that because I thought it would look cool. This is the moment that Hedeki finds Chii in the trash. I know that Chobits is a very “girly” anime but I can’t help it.

The story is really cute but I also liked how I learned a lot of simple Japanese by watching that anime because Hedeki was constantly trying to teach Chi how to speak.I thought the whole concept of persacons, human robots, was a brilliant idea since we probably are going to be facing this reality soon. You have to see what androids are capable now and days, I’ll put a video for you so you can check it out but its so insane.
